Dental Emergencies

30 minutes or less

A dental emergency is a dental problem that requires immediate attention to prevent serious complications, such as infection, tooth loss, or even life-threatening issues. Some of the examples of dental emergencies include: severe pain such as toothache, dental abscess, or pulpal inflammation; uncontrolled bleeding; swelling of the face or gums; broken or chipped teeth, knocked-out teeth, or facial bone trauma; bacterial, viral, or fungal infections, gum infections, or abscessed teeth; swelling that compromises your airway.
Prompt treatment can help prevent further issues like infection, tooth mobility, and tooth loss.
Please call us if you experience a dental emergency and let us know about the details of your problem. Our doctor will assess the situation and depending of its nature, we will schedule an appointment and see you as quickly as the issue requires.

During your visit the doctor will perform a detailed examination, quickly assess the true nature of your problem, explain her findings, and discuss possible treatment options. She will also take necessary steps to alleviate your pain or discomfort.
