Dental Crowns
2 hrs or less, divided into two sessions
A dental crown procedure involves several steps to restore a damaged or weakened tooth. First, our dentist will examine the tooth and take X-rays to assess it's condition. If a crown is deemed necessary, the tooth will be shaped to accommodate the crown, and an impression will be taken to ensure a perfect fit.
A temporary crown is placed while the permanent one is being crafted. Once ready, the permanent crown is cemented onto the tooth, providing strength and protection while enhancing its appearance. Regular follow-ups may be recommended to ensure the crown remains in good condition.
